The problem? Ottawa has lost all three games, leaving fans at Canadian Tire Centre and across the city watching one of the sport's most frustrating narratives unfold in real time: a goalie stealing every save he can while his team leaves him out to dry.

A Goalie Doing Everything Right

Ullmark, acquired to give Ottawa a legitimate No. 1 netminder capable of carrying them deep into the playoffs, has done exactly what was asked of him. A .933 save percentage through three games is elite-level performance — the kind of number that wins series, not loses them.
