How It Works

When browsing a product on Amazon, shoppers will see a "Join the chat" prompt on the page. From there, they can type or speak a question — think "Does this fit a queen-size bed?" or "Is this compatible with my MacBook?" — and receive an AI-generated audio answer in response.

The system draws on product details, reviews, and other listing data to craft its responses, offering a more interactive alternative to scrolling through hundreds of customer questions or dense specification sheets. The audio format in particular is a notable design choice, bringing a podcast-like or radio-ad quality to what has traditionally been a text-heavy experience.
