Woman, 23, in Custody After Newborn Found Dead in Brampton
Peel Regional Police have arrested a 23-year-old woman in connection with the death of a newborn infant discovered in Brampton, Ontario, authorities confirmed.
Officers were called to the area near Kennedy Road N. and Williams Parkway after the infant was found unresponsive. Despite efforts, the newborn was pronounced dead at the scene.
