CTV News Ottawa reports that a $500,000 lottery ticket was sold in Prescott-Russell, and that someone in eastern Ontario is half a million dollars richer as a result.
That is all the outlet's feed has said so far. Fuller details have not been independently confirmed yet, including which game the ticket was for, where in Prescott-Russell it was sold and whether the winner has come forward. We are not going to guess at any of them. If more is confirmed, we will update this story.
