Ottawa residents looking for autumn colour don't have to go far: CTV News reports that fall colours are peaking in Gatineau Park, just across the river in Quebec.
According to CTV, the peak is drawing thousands of visitors to the park's hillsides, lakes, scenic lookouts and more than 200 kilometres of trails, ahead of the Thanksgiving long weekend.
Fuller details have not been independently confirmed yet, and ottown will update this story if more information becomes available.
