Ottawa voters will have one day next week to vote in advance of the Oct. 26 municipal election, according to CTV News. That is one fewer day for in-person advance voting than in the 2022 election.
This is a short brief based only on CTV News's published summary of the story. We have not independently confirmed fuller details, including which day is set aside, where people can vote or what hours apply. Those specifics have not been confirmed by ottown yet, so check the City of Ottawa's official election information before planning a trip to the polls.
We will add more once the details are confirmed.
