What It Means for Getting Around

With showers possible both early this morning and again this afternoon, anyone heading out in Ottawa today may want to keep an umbrella or rain jacket handy, particularly around the morning and afternoon windows when precipitation chances peak at 30 and 40 percent. Gusty northeast winds up to 32 km/h could also make things feel cooler than the 13.3°C reading suggests, especially for those out early. Tuesday and Wednesday look like a better bet for outdoor plans, with mainly sunny to mixed skies and highs climbing into the low 20s by Wednesday.
