Ottawa's eastern O-Train extension is no longer expected to start pre-trial runs in early October, OC Transpo said Friday, citing software problems.
The transit agency did not say how long the delay will last or when the next testing stage might now begin. Fuller details on the cause of the software issues, or on a revised timeline for the eastern LRT extension, have not been independently confirmed yet.
ottown will update this story as more information becomes available from OC Transpo or the City of Ottawa.
